With the Moon on Our Wings

For generations, people have passed through Juniper Prairie Wilderness. From early homesteaders and writers to today's hikers and campers, countless lives have intersected with this landscape.

I spent several years exploring and photographing this small corner of the Florida scrub, fascinated by the fleeting relationship between those who pass through and the enduring presence of the land.

With the Moon on Our Wings is a photographic meditation on that relationship, using observations of Juniper Prairie Wilderness to explore presence, impermanence, and the traces left behind.
